FAQs

Q: Can we try one event before committing to annual partnership?

A: No. Annual partnership is required to maintain community integrity. We don't want one-off sponsors who disappear after an event.

Q: What if we don't have a demo video yet?

A: No problem. We can record one during your first "Ask the Expert" session, or you can provide existing content. We'll help you create it.

Q: Do we get member contact info?

A: Not unless you sponsor an event. Annual partnership gives you brand visibility and relationship-building opportunities, but we protect member privacy. Event sponsors receive attendee contact lists AFTER the event (with permission).

Q: Can we cancel mid-year?

A: Partnerships are 12-month commitments (non-refundable). We're building long-term relationships, not month-to-month arrangements.

Q: What if our competitor signs up first?

A: Platinum partners get category exclusivity. If your direct competitor secures Platinum, you can choose Gold/Silver or wait for next year. First come, first served.

Q: Can we upgrade tiers mid-year?

A: Yes! You'll pay the prorated difference and get upgraded benefits immediately.

Q: How do you measure ROI for us?

A: We provide quarterly reports on: (1) Traffic to your partner page, (2) Attendance at your "Ask the Expert" sessions, (3) Click-throughs on your CTAs, (4) Event conversions (if applicable). We can't track direct sales, but we provide engagement data.
